Q1: Where is your factory located? How can i get there?

Address is No.159 Sandu road, Taozhu street, Zhuji city, Zhejiang province, China.

You can fly to Shanghai or Hangzhou,then we can pick you up.

Q2: Whether I can get the free sample to check the quality?

A: Of course, we can send you sample and color chart for free to check the quality , but the express fee is paid by you.

Q3: What is your payment terms?

A: We can accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Credit Card, MoneyGram,Cash etc. Generally speaking, 30% T/T deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of L/C at sight.

Q4: Can I get any discount?

A: We can offer you discount according to your order qty. The greater the order qty, the bigger the discounts.

Q5: Can you make OEM service

A:Yes, OEM is acceptable.

Q6: How long for the production ?

A: Usually, it's around 15 to 25 days, which depends on the order quantity.

Q7: Packaging and shipping

A:. Seaworthy export plywood cases packing or according to your request.

Q8: Can we send sample for customizing the machine?

A: No problem, you can send us bobbin that you want, and our engineer will recommend and customize the machine according to your product and other demand.

Q9: Can we go to your factory discussing more detail and checking the quality of the machine?

A: Yes, no problem, welcome to our factory and we will do our best to help you.

Q10: Can we inspect the machine before delivery?

A: Yes, you can come and inspect the delivery. If you can not come, we have specialized engineer team to test the machine and inspect the delivery. We guarantee that you can receive a totally good machine.

Q11: If we have problem on machine or production, can you help us?

A: Yes, no problem.
